"No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted." - Aesop

Recently, police officers across the US have become the target of anger, hatred, negativity and aggression. Sometimes people seem to forget that law enforcement officers are loved ones, friends, family members and, for the vast majority- positively contributing members of society. They work 24/7, 365, in all conditions. When there is a problem, they run to it to help those in need while most others run away. They are heroes who were called to this work out of an innate desire to help people.

This is a call to action for anyone who appreciates the work that police men and women do. Lets come together in gratitude, positivity and respect to show our law enforcement officers that they are appreciated by doing random acts of kindness for them. This can be something as simple as drawing a picture or writing a thank you card, or something more substantial like visiting your local law enforcement agency to let them know that they matter too. Lets spread this movement and show those who protect and serve that they are valuable, necessary and, most importantly, appreciated.

The overarching mission of this movement is based on positivity, gratitude and respect for those who do so much for our communities. Please use this space as a resource to find out how you can get involved, and say thanks to those who do a dangerous, challenging and often thankless job.
